3. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on which app or service you use.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
- Match available drivers with client bookings intelligently
- Enable real-time trip tracking and navigation
- Calculate trip distance, fare, and earnings
- Send booking confirmations, updates, and notifications
- Process driver onboarding applications and verifications
- Provide customer support and resolve disputes
- Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform
- Improve our products and services through analytics

5. Location Data
Location is the most sensitive data we process. Here is exactly how we use it for each user type.
When a driver has an active booking, the app collects precise GPS location continuously in the background, including when the screen is off. This is required to:
- Record the complete GPS route of the trip, point by point
- Calculate the exact trip distance for fare computation
- Allow clients and our operations team to monitor the trip for safety
Background location collection only occurs during an active booking. When no booking is active, location is collected only while the app is in the foreground. Drivers must grant the "Allow all the time" location permission on Android to enable background tracking.
5.2 — B2B Client AppLocation is collected only while the app is open (foreground). It is used to display the driver's position on the live map and to pre-fill pickup addresses.
5.3 — Storage & RetentionLocation data from completed trips is stored on our secure servers and retained for up to 12 months for audit, dispute resolution, and safety purposes. After this period, precise route data is deleted or aggregated anonymously.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Between drivers and clients: Driver name, photo, and live location are shared with the client during an active booking, and vice versa for pickup coordination
- Service providers: We use trusted third-party providers for cloud hosting (Cloudflare R2 for file storage), SMS delivery (MSG91), and email services — all under strict data protection agreements
- Legal obligations: We may disclose data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by applicable Indian law
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with advance notice provided
7. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. When a driver account deletion request is approved, the account is immediately disabled — login becomes impossible from the moment of approval. All personal identifiers are then permanently anonymised within 30 days of that approval. A 30-day cooling period applies, during which the driver may contact support to cancel the deletion. Certain operational records are retained in anonymised form as required by law.

Trip, GPS, and financial records retained after deletion are fully anonymised — they are linked to an internal anonymous driver ID only and cannot be traced back to your name, phone number, or identity.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via the in-app deletion request, the online form on our Account Deletion page, by email, or by phone.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords
- Access to personal data within our systems is role-based and restricted to staff with a legitimate need
- Driver documents and photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access-controlled URLs
- JWT authentication tokens expire and must be refreshed regularly

9. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

- Withdraw consent — Withdraw consent to background location collection at any time (this will prevent active trip tracking)
- Grievance — Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification.
Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
