Request Deletion of Your Account & Data
This page applies to the Tip Top Driver App and the Tip Top B2B Client App, published by Tip Top Drivers. You can request that your account and the associated personal data be permanently deleted at any time by following the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- In-app (fastest): Open the Tip Top Driver App, go to the Home screen, and tap "Request Account Deletion". Your request is submitted instantly and our admin team is notified.
- Email us at baskaran.j@raaassociate.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered mobile number so we can identify your account.
- Support ticket: From within the Tip Top Driver App, go to Support → Create Ticket and request account deletion.
- Call us on +91 89258 17376 and request deletion verbally.
- We will verify your identity using your registered mobile number before processing the request.
- Once verified and approved by our admin team, your personal data is anonymised immediately. Your account is disabled and you will no longer be able to log in.
Anonymisation is permanent. Once your request is approved, your name, contact details, documents, and identity information are immediately cleared and cannot be recovered.

If you have already uninstalled the app, you can submit your account deletion request directly using the form below. Please provide your registered mobile number — we will verify your identity and process the request within 2 business days.

What Data Is Anonymised or Deleted
When your deletion request is approved, the following personal data is immediately and permanently wiped from our systems:

| Identity documents (driving licence, Aadhaar, PAN, bank proof, police certificate) | Document numbers cleared and file links removed immediately |
| Bank account details (account number, IFSC, bank name) | Cleared immediately |
| Emergency & family contact information | Cleared immediately |
| Password / login credentials | Invalidated immediately; account disabled |
What Data Is Retained
Some non-personal records are retained for legal, financial, and safety obligations. Your identity is fully detached from these records:

| Payout & earnings records | Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (GST, TDS compliance) |
| Support ticket history | Retained for service quality and dispute purposes; personal content is not actively removed |
| Incentive credit ledger | Retained for financial audit purposes |
| Deletion request record | Retained as proof that the deletion was processed |

Deleting Data Without Deleting Your Account
If you only want certain data removed (for example, an uploaded document) without closing your account, contact us through any of the channels above and describe what you would like deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
